Lost & Found Report

If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, please report it on our Lost & Found form. We will do our best to recover your item and contact you with regard to its status. In completing the form, please be as specific as possible in describing the item.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles, but as a courtesy to our valued customers we will make every effort to locate your property. We retain found items for 30 days. You may also call our office at (212) 274-8300 for our Customer Service department to speak with a representative directly.

In the event that your item is found, you may speak with a customer service representative to discuss how you may retrieve your item. You may pick up your belongings from our office, use a messenger service, arrange for FedEx to pick it up (not paid for by Athena), request that it be sent in the mail via USPS (regular mail) at no charge, etc.
